Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions through telehealth platforms, utilizing evidence-based methods tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns and develop personalized treatment plans that promote healing and resilience.

• Collaborate closely with our multi-disciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients and ensure continuity of treatment.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment interventions in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Engage in continuous professional development by staying updated on the latest research, best practices in mental health therapy, and relevant state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele will include a wide range of individuals from various backgrounds, presenting with diverse mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. You will be instrumental in addressing these concerns and helping clients realize actionable pathways towards recovery. Your understanding and experience in working with different demographic and cultural groups will enhance our ability to provide personalized and effective counseling.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active licensure in the state of Washington as a LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW , or an equivalent credential.

• Demonstrable experience working with a variety of populations, understanding the complexities of mental health from multicultural perspectives.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a committed team.
