Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to inform individualized treatment plans tailored to improve mental health outcomes.

• Facilitate a range of counseling sessions, including individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy, based on your clinical expertise and patient needs.

As a therapist at Mental Oasis, you will work with children, families, and couples, often addressing co-occurring disorders, trauma, and substance abuse issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, social work, or psychology, with a valid state license in one of the following: LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor), or LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker).

• Demonstrated commitment to ethical standards and continued professional development in the mental health field.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience working directly with clients in mental health settings, particularly with those affected by co-occurring disorders or substance use.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation range for this position is an attractive $100,000 to $105,000 annually , commensurate with experience.
