Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at ProMedication Counseling Center, you will work with diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing mental health disorders alongside chronic health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

• Demonstrated experience in addressing the mental health needs of individuals facing co-occurring medical conditions.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to effectively connect with patients and collaborate with team members.

• Proficiency in maintaining professional boundaries and adherence to ethical guidelines while ensuring patient confidentiality.

• Comfortable utilizing computer applications and electronic health record systems.

• A strong ability to collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in a community health setting or outpatient clinic environment is a plus, as well as familiarity with integrated health models and evidenced-based therapeutic techniques for treating co-occurring disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
