Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments that evaluate mood disorder symptoms, determining their severity, frequency, and duration in each client.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, considering their specific goals, preferences, and circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address clients' unique needs.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care techniques to encourage active participation in the healing process.

• Monitor client progress through regular follow-ups and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to mental health care, providing holistic support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
