Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs to evaluate the severity and impact of mood disorders, including depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder.

• Develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring alignment with their goals and preferences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate client progress.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Monitor treatment efficacy by tracking client progress and making necessary adjustments to the treatment plans.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to care.

• Stay informed about advancements in mental health treatment and incorporate new knowledge into practice.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Psychologist in Washington State.

• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly for mood disorders, with a strong focus on CBT and DBT.

• A solid understanding of psychopharmacology to effectively collaborate with psychiatrists on integrative treatment plans.

• Demonstrated success in achieving positive client outcomes in mood disorder treatment.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to forge deep connections with clients from various backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, reflecting the expertise and contribution of our mental health professionals.
