Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current, valid license in Washington State as an LMFT, LICSW, LMHC, or Psychologist.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the effective establishment of rapport with clients and collaboration with healthcare teams.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000, commensurate with experience. Additionally, the position includes:
