Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Four Winds Therapy, you will:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your target clients may include a diverse range of individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and more. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.

• Current licensure in Washington State as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or an LMHC Associate (LMHC-A).

• A minimum of one year of experience working in behavioral or mental health settings.

• A strong foundation in trauma-informed care and knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

• Exceptional interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with a diverse community.

• Strong communication abilities, both verbally and in writing, to ensure clear documentation and interaction with clients and stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
