Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other modalities appropriate for client needs.

• Perform thorough client assessments to identify strengths, challenges, and therapeutic goals, facilitating the development of comprehensive, personalized treatment plans.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to coordinate holistic care and resources for clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions, client progress, and treatment plans in compliance with state regulations and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or related mental health field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
