Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Implement therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities tailored to individual client circumstances.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory guidelines, ensuring the highest standards of patient confidentiality.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure in the State of Washington as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
