This position is remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while providing essential mental health services via telehealth. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health concerns, taking into consideration their history and current challenges.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients' personal goals, preferences, and therapeutic needs.

• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions employing various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential client records in full compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Participate in continuous professional development through regular supervision, case consultation, and attending workshops or training sessions to further clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Telehealth Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will serve a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, experiencing various mental health issues. This may include anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related challenges, relationship issues, and other emotional or behavioral concerns. Your role is pivotal in fostering a safe and therapeutic environment, helping clients navigate their mental health journeys with empathy and expertise.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Possess an independent and active license as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) as recognized by the state of Washington.
