Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their support systems.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions under clinical supervision, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure client progress.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of client interactions, treatment notes, progress updates, and any incidents, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that foster open communication, emotional expression, and skill-building among participants.

• Establish and nurture relationships with local referral sources, including hospitals, outpatient programs, and community organizations, to support client intake and resource access.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case discussions, and ongoing training opportunities to enhance professional development and optimize service delivery.

• Serve as a resource for clients and their families, providing education about mental health issues and connecting them with community-based services as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with adults facing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. You will play a crucial role in addressing perinatal mental health issues, providing psychoeducation that supports families during critical transition periods. Your work will empower clients to navigate their mental health journeys, cultivate resilience, and engage meaningfully with their communities.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Current licensing as an LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW in accordance with state regulations.

• Proficient in working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team in an outpatient mental health setting.

• Strong communication skills, with an ability to convey information clearly and listen empathetically to clients and colleagues alike.

• No history of medical malpractice claims, to be verified by a third party.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation and Benefits\n
