Work Environment\n

This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while engaging with clients via telehealth platforms. While the standard work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, occasional evenings and weekends may be required as part of our rotational shifts to accommodate client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the severity and impact of mood disorder symptoms in clients, utilizing standardized assessment tools and interviews.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, specifically Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to clients' unique situations.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
