Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health needs, employing appropriate diagnostic criteria.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address the specific issues and goals of each client, reassessing regularly to track progress.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies, ensuring the sessions are tailored to clients’ unique experiences and cultural backgrounds.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive care plans that integrate medical, psychological, and social supports.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
