This role is predominantly remote, providing you the flexibility to manage your own workspace while being part of a supportive outpatient office team. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of new clients to identify mental health concerns through interviews, questionnaires, and standardized assessments.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that are culturally competent and reflect the unique needs and goals of each client, including tracking progress and making necessary adjustments.

• Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, employing strategies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant therapeutic approaches.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical professionals and social workers, to coordinate care and ensure clients receive integrative and comprehensive services.

• Provide educational resources and emotional support to clients' families to enhance their understanding and involvement in the therapy process, encouraging a supportive environment for recovery.

You will primarily work with a diverse population of clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to more complex psychological disorders. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in your state as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
