Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health status and individual needs, allowing for the formulation of tailored treatment plans.

• Design and implement individualized treatment strategies that address diverse client challenges, empowering them to set and achieve personal wellness goals.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Work collaboratively with a team of professionals, engaging in case coordination and regular consultations to ensure holistic care is given to each client.

• Educate and support families of clients by providing resources and strategies to foster understanding and participation in the recovery process.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Demonstrated proficiency in mental health counseling, evidenced through specialized training or extensive clinical experience.
