Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs accurately. Develop personalized treatment plans that cater to individual objectives and therapeutic goals.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy services tailored to various mental health concerns, employing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques.

• Engage in collaborative care, working closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other health professionals to ensure holistic and integrated treatment for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in acute distress, utilizing your expertise to navigate emergencies with compassion and efficiency.

• Participate in community outreach efforts to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma surrounding mental health issues, including workshops and educational programs.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
