Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, identifying their specific mental health needs.

• Develop tailored treatment plans grounded in graduate-level clinical social work and counseling techniques, ensuring they reflect the diversity of client needs.

• Engage in effective communication with interdisciplinary team members through documentation, meetings, and patient rounds, ensuring everyone is aligned with the client’s care plan.

• Utilize evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other clinical modalities, guiding clients towards the achievement of their individual service plans.

• Provide case management and coordinate with hospital and community professionals, fostering a holistic approach to each client’s treatment.

• Complete all required documentation in a timely, ethical manner that meets departmental standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population includes a wide demographic, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and families, each requiring unique treatment approaches. You’ll be trained to address a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders, with a focus on facilitating healing and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Candidates must possess a valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required, with further qualifications in mental health counseling preferred.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
