Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Initiate the therapeutic process by conducting thorough preliminary interviews and assessments to understand each client's unique mental, behavioral, and emotional health needs.

• Develop Personalized Treatment Plans: Create individualized treatment strategies that include goal-setting, interventions for individuals, families, and support groups, ensuring alignment with clients' needs and progress reports.

• Facilitate Therapy Sessions: Lead engaging and effective individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote discussion and healing.

• Monitor Treatment Progress: Regularly evaluate client progress against their treatment plans by tracking changes and challenges, adjusting strategies as necessary to enhance outcomes.

• Collaboration with Healthcare Professionals: Work closely with other mental health practitioners, physicians, and social services to develop a comprehensive care plan, integrating various perspectives for holistic client treatment.

• Implement Progress Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions from the initial consultation through treatment, adhering to regulatory standards and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients encompass a wide range of demographics, including young adults, families, and senior citizens facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and addiction disorders. Your empathetic understanding and specialized skills will be crucial in helping them find stability and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of New Jersey.
\n
• Demonstrated proficiency in mental health assessments, psychological positioning, and intervention strategies.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, effective in building rapport with clients through virtual platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in relevant fields.

• Experience working with electronic health record systems, preferably with platforms such as AVATAR.

• Knowledge of behavioral health conditions, addiction disorders, and the impact of pharmaceutical treatments.

• Familiarity with industry standards by the American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA).

• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 , alongside a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
