Work Environment\n

This role is designed for a remote work setting, providing you the flexibility to manage your schedule while meeting the needs of our patients. Although your primary hours will be Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, there may be instances where flexibility in your schedule is necessary to accommodate patient appointments or urgent care.

Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to evaluate each patient's trauma history and collaboratively identify appropriate treatment pathways.

  Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to provide effective interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice primarily serves individuals who are survivors of trauma, including those dealing with PTSD and other trauma-related disorders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate sensitivity and understanding while working with a diverse clientele, allowing them to navigate their recovery in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.

Qualifications\n

  A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD in the state of New Jersey.

  A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience in a mental health setting.

  A strong foundational knowledge of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment methodologies.

  Proven experience providing trauma-focused therapeutic interventions.

  Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, showcasing a compassionate and empathetic approach with patients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
