Work Environment\n

This position is telehealth-based, allowing you to work remotely while maintaining regular business hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. While we aim for consistency in scheduling, some flexibility may be required to accommodate the needs of our patients. You will be part of a supportive and collaborative team of mental health professionals, committed to providing exceptional care and continuous improvement in treatment methodologies.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate the psychological needs and trauma history of clients.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient, focusing on trauma recovery and enhancing resilience.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), in one-on-one and group therapy sessions.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and optimal patient outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during trauma emergencies, ensuring timely and effective care.

• Educate patients and families on understanding trauma responses and effective coping mechanisms while directing them to relevant resources.

• Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards while ensuring confidentiality.

• Engage in regular case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development to enhance trauma-informed care practices.

• Stay informed on the latest developments in trauma therapy research and best practices, incorporating new insights into your therapeutic approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with individuals affected by varying degrees of trauma, including survivors of abuse, neglect, and significant life events. A deep understanding of trauma-related disorders and sensitivity towards the challenges faced by these individuals is essential. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience is preferred, demonstrating your skill and confidence in therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
