This role is 100% remote, providing flexibility and convenience without compromising our commitment to reliable, high-quality care. You will have the autonomy to manage your hours primarily within a typical work week of Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility as patient needs dictate.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to accurately evaluate patients' histories and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Create and implement individualized treatment strategies aimed at promoting trauma recovery and resilience, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) or Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), ensuring they align with current best practices.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, helping clients process their trauma and develop effective coping strategies.

• Work collaboratively with a team of psychiatrists and other professionals to provide integrated care and systematic treatment approaches.

• Conduct crisis interventions as necessary, offering immediate support to clients facing trauma-related emergencies.

• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available resources, fostering a holistic understanding of their mental health.

Qualifications\n

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in New Jersey.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in the mental health field is required.

• Strong foundational knowledge of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant computer applications.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience with evidence-based trauma-focused therapies and interventions, particularly EMDR and TF-CBT, will be viewed favorably. A strong ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations is highly beneficial for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
