Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to understand each patient's unique trauma history and develop appropriate treatment strategies.

• Create tailored treatment plans that target trauma recovery, ensuring that each client's specific needs are met through dynamic, individualized approaches.

• Utilize advanced therapeutic interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate patient healing.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions that encourage open expression, coping strategy development, and a safe space for processing traumatic experiences.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to provide integrated care, ensuring that all aspects of a patient's mental health are addressed.

• Respond to crisis situations with appropriate interventions, providing immediate support during trauma-related incidents.

• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses and effective coping mechanisms, thereby enhancing support networks for recovery.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 – $110,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
