Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand client backgrounds and diagnose emotional and behavioral disorders accurately.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to clients’ specific goals, ensuring alignment with therapeutic interventions.

• Facilitate individual, couple, and group therapy sessions effectively, employing a variety of evidence-based techniques and therapeutic modalities.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients, teaching them essential coping mechanisms and self-care strategies to enhance their mental resilience.

• Monitor and evaluate clients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans and interventions as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and medical providers, to deliver comprehensive care and coordinate resources for clients.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of clients’ treatment progress, complying with legal and ethical standards in documentation and reporting.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work with a diverse array of clients facing various issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, grief, and more. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this role is between $70,000 and $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
