Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health status and establish rapport to encourage open dialogue.

• Design and implement individualized therapy plans that address a range of concerns, such as anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and maintain a culturally sensitive approach during sessions.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy, providing clients with skills and resources necessary for overcoming personal challenges.

• Collaboratively work with a multidisciplinary team to refer clients to additional health care providers when necessary, such as psychiatrists and case managers.

• Maintain detailed documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes within our EHR system.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss clinical cases and share insights or strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a valid and current license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) to practice in the state of Georgia.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience, particularly in mental health counseling.
\n
• Strong knowledge of various mental health disorders, therapeutic modalities, and cultural sensitivities within therapy.

• Proficiency in the use of electronic health record (EHR) systems as well as other necessary technological applications.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to connect with clients from varying backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience conducting both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing inclusive approaches.

• Demonstrated capability in crisis intervention and management, maintaining composure in high-pressure situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
