Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health status and unique needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on working with a diverse range of adult clients who are navigating various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong interpersonal abilities.

• Exhibit strong organizational and time-management skills to efficiently manage a full caseload.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Carewell Psychological Clinic offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 per year, depending on your caseload and experience level.
