Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse range of clients experiencing various mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to more complex disorders such as PTSD and relationship issues. This role emphasizes a culturally competent approach to therapy, recognizing and valuing the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client you serve.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in Washington State.

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.

• At least two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
