Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments and evaluations to accurately identify mental health needs and craft individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and independent license as either:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

• Doctor of Psychology (PsyD)

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Demonstrated exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Exhibit cultural competence and the ability to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds, displaying sensitivity to their unique life experiences.

• Strong organizational abilities to maintain accurate documentation and manage time efficiently, ensuring all client records are up to date and compliant with agency standards.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing teletherapy or virtual counseling services is highly desirable.
