Your daily tasks will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low acuity adults who seek support for a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and life transitions. These clients have a desire to enhance their mental well-being and are motivated to engage in the therapeutic process. As a therapist at Moral Wellness Counseling Center, you will play a crucial role in facilitating their journeys toward improved mental health and personal satisfaction.

Qualifications\n

To thrive in this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current and unrestricted license to practice independently in Washington State, specifically as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong empathetic orientation toward clients.

• Adept computer skills to effectively use telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• No disciplinary actions or limitations on your license.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years in the mental health counseling field is required, experience working with telehealth systems is an advantage. Familiarity with solution-focused therapy and prior engagement with diverse clientele will also be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition, we offer a substantial sign-on bonus and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors.
