Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify patient needs and tailor individualized treatment plans.

• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions, applying modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy during remote sessions.

• Facilitate online psychoeducational workshops and support groups, creating a virtual community for patients to connect over shared experiences.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver a holistic approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention support during emergencies, ensuring patients receive timely assistance.

• Maintain up-to-date and compliant case documentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Contribute actively to case consultations and team meetings, sharing insights and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a broad spectrum of patients, including those experiencing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse issues. You will have the opportunity to engage with individuals, couples, and families, adapting your therapeutic approaches to best meet each patient’s unique needs and preferences. Our telehealth format promotes accessibility, allowing us to reach individuals who might face barriers to traditional in-person therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and create effective treatment plans.

• Experience in providing both individual and group therapy to various demographic groups.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communication abilities.
