Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive therapeutic services through individualized and group therapy sessions tailored to meet each client's needs.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and evaluations to identify the psychological needs of clients and develop effective treatment plans.

• Manage a diverse caseload with various psychological needs, leveraging advanced counseling skills to address complex issues and crises.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to formulate personalized intervention strategies, monitoring their effectiveness and adjusting as needed for optimal patient outcomes.

• Document clinical progress and treatment logs, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborate closely with clients and their family members to co-create actionable resolution plans while providing ongoing education and supportive resources.

• Engage in continuous professional development, staying abreast of best practices in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your role will be instrumental in guiding these individuals towards recovery and resilience, employing a strengths-based approach that focuses on individual capabilities and resources.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

• Current licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD is required.
\n
• Strong communication skills and the ability to foster trust and rapport with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

We value practical experience, and therefore, a minimum of two years in a clinical setting is mandatory. Experience with a variety of therapeutic modalities, particularly those applicable in outpatient settings, will be advantageous. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and the ability to integrate technology in treatment will also enhance your candidacy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 135,000, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide:
