Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients’ mental health needs, resulting in tailored treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services using secure telehealth technologies, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility for clients.

• Establish collaborative therapeutic goals with clients, guiding them through their treatment journey with ongoing support and adjustments as needed.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based approaches, aligning methodology with each client's needs.

• Keep detailed and accurate records of therapy sessions, documenting client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.

• Participate in individual and group supervision sessions to hone therapeutic skills and strategies while receiving constructive feedback.

Qualifications\n
