Work Environment\n

This position allows for a fully remote work environment, fostering flexibility and convenience. As part of a detox center, our therapists engage in a multidisciplinary team that collaborates closely to offer holistic and effective treatment options. Work hours are primarily from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some degree of flexibility to accommodate patient scheduling needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to gauge patient needs, strengths, and challenges, leading to tailored and effective treatment plans.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to address individual, couple, and family dynamics.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and therapeutic support groups, fostering a sense of community amongst participants dealing with shared mental health concerns.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and counseling staff, to ensure integrated and comprehensive patient care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services as needed during mental health emergencies, ensuring safety and support for patients.
\n
• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and connect them with community resources that support their recovery journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accurate.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and continuing education to enhance personal knowledge and contribute to a culture of learning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a diverse client base, including individuals facing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders. As a therapist at Blissful Balance, you will have the opportunity to create meaningful connections with clients of various backgrounds, helping them navigate their unique challenges through tailored, empathetic care.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.
\n
• Deep knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
\n
• Proven experience conducting mental health assessments and crafting effective, individualized treatment plans.
\n
• Strong ability to provide individual and group therapy to clients from various demographics.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, allowing for effective communication and rapport-building with clients.

• Adherence to professional ethics and sound judgment regarding client safety and wellbeing.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and standard computer applications.

• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, contributing to collective patient care and organizational objectives.

Preferred Experience\n

• Two years of post-graduation experience in a mental health setting, particularly in outpatient care.

• Background in substance abuse treatment, detox support, or related fields.
