Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific goals and challenges.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using various evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and trauma-informed care.

• Set clear therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and monitor their progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes, adjusting approaches as necessary.

• Utilize teletherapy platforms effectively to provide seamless virtual sessions, working with clients who may face geographical, accessibility, or health-related barriers.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of all client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to ethical standards, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to remain current on the latest developments in mental health practices and methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population includes individuals struggling with a variety of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other emotional disturbances. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that foster a trusting therapeutic relationship.

• Effective organizational and time-management abilities to handle a caseload efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in a telehealth setting is preferred, as well as familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems. Candidates with additional certifications or specialized training in trauma-informed care, substance abuse counseling, or mindfulness practices will also be highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits\n
