Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and ongoing evaluations to identify each patient’s unique mental health needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapy modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Provide therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families, tailoring approaches to best suit each unique situation.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC in the state of Massachusetts.
