Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to identify individual needs and tailor appropriate treatment plans.

• Provide individual and family therapy sessions, ensuring that therapeutic interventions align with each client’s unique situations and goals.

• Complete documentation, including billing, treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, within established time frames to ensure compliance and streamline administrative processes.

• Develop and implement crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans to support clients in maintaining stability and fostering resilience.

• Prepare comprehensive discharge plans when clients are ready to transition from therapy, ensuring they have the tools and resources for continued success.

• Adhere to all federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, and company policies to uphold the standards of care.

• Participate in case consultations and regular agency meetings to facilitate collaboration and contribute to a supportive team environment.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through licensure renewal, continuing education, and mandatory training sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population is diverse, encompassing individuals and families from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. The therapist will address a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, catering to the specific needs of each client. As a licensed provider, you will play a critical role in enhancing clients’ mental well-being and overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that qualifies for state licensure.

• Active licensure in the state of Oregon as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience providing telehealth services is highly preferred, demonstrating your ability to adapt interactions to a virtual environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
