Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately identify patients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans that promote well-being.

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families through modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate engaging psychoeducational and support groups that not only address common mental health concerns but also help foster a sense of community among participants.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure holistic and cohesive patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, assisting clients during mental health emergencies and ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Educate patients on mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and professional ethical standards.

• Participate in regular case consultations, team meetings, and professional development opportunities to remain informed about best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon is essential.

• A strong foundation in mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and various therapeutic approaches.

• Proven proficiency in conducting mental health assessments and developing effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Experience in delivering individual and group therapy to a wide range of populations, demonstrating cultural competency.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
