Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions, as well as group, family, and marriage counseling, depending on your area of expertise.

• Administer mental health screenings and assessments to accurately determine treatment needs and track progress.

• Document all patient interactions and treatment plans in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

• Participate in collaborative treatment planning with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, multidisciplinary support for clients.

• Inevitably, perform various duties as assigned by the supervisor, contributing to the fluid operation of the counseling services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, couples, and families facing various mental and behavioral health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in a relevant field (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 yearly, commensurate with experience.
