Key Responsibilities\n

• You will conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, stressors, and personal goals, tailoring individualized treatment plans that incorporate mindfulness practices.

• Deliver engaging mindfulness-based interventions, including structured MBSR sessions, to help clients improve their emotional regulation, reduce anxiety, and manage stress effectively.

• Lead individual therapy sessions, where you will facilitate mindfulness exercises, meditation, and breathing techniques, promoting self-awareness and emotional balance.

• Organize and facilitate group workshops focused on mindfulness, stress management, and resilience-building, providing clients with community support and collective learning opportunities.

• Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals to create an integrated approach to treatment, ensuring comprehensive care for all clients.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress, therapy interventions, and treatment plans, following established guidelines for effective record-keeping.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse group of clients ranging from adults experiencing high stress levels to individuals coping with anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure in Oregon as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.

• Demonstrable proficiency in integrating mindfulness principles into therapeutic practices.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to create a supportive and calming therapeutic atmosphere for clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
