Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver exceptional client-focused mental health care through telehealth, leveraging technology to effectively communicate and connect with your clients.

• Perform comprehensive evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions, develop actionable treatment plans, and navigate ongoing assessments and documentation to track progress case by case.

• Conduct in-depth patient assessments tailored to individual needs, ensuring an informed approach to therapy.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions, as well as family, couples, or group therapy sessions, dependent on your specialization and expertise.

• Administer mental health screenings to identify treatment needs and provide appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Engage in continuous professional development and participate in team meetings to discuss case coordination and share best practices.

• Undertake additional duties as assigned to support the overall mission of the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Harmonious Companions Counseling, Inc., you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals grappling with mental and behavioral health challenges, children and adolescents, family units, and couples. Your role will involve empowering clients to find their voice, cope with life’s difficulties, and engage in meaningful change through therapy that resonates with their individual realities.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license in one of the following: Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience working with individuals and families affected by mental health disorders, including expertise in treating co-occurring disorders and substance abuse.

• Proven proficiency in individual, group, and family therapy, with a track record of fostering therapeutic relationships with clients of varying backgrounds.

• Experience working with children, families, and couples is highly desirable.

• Current knowledge of contemporary counseling practices, techniques, and trends relevant to mental health treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this role ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, reflecting our commitment to recognizing the valuable contributions of our therapists.
