Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the mental health needs of children and adolescents.

This role primarily focuses on children and adolescents facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, and developmental issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field with valid licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in Pennsylvania.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience providing therapeutic services to children and adolescents.

• Demonstrated ability to engage and build rapport with clients and their families in a virtual setting.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and basic technology tools to facilitate client communication and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with diverse clinical presentations, including trauma-informed care and health psychology.

• A history of continuous professional development through workshops, certifications, or specialized training relevant to child and adolescent mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, complemented by performance-based bonuses. Additional benefits include:
