Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a telehealth setting, allowing therapists to connect with clients remotely. You will be working Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments to understand and evaluate the individual needs of children and adolescents.

• Ensure accurate documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, maintaining confidentiality at all times.

• Actively participate in team meetings and case consultations to advance collective knowledge and skill development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our focus is on providing thorough and specialized care for children and adolescents struggling with various mental health challenges. As a Mental Health Therapist, you'll be instrumental in addressing anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders among this vulnerable population. Your clinical skills will help foster emotional safety and resilience in young clients struggling with their mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in Illinois.

• Comprehensive understanding of child and adolescent mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Ability to deliver individual and family therapy effectively to young clients.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, showcasing a compassionate and child-centered approach to therapy.

• Proficient in establishing rapport with children, adolescents, and families, promoting trust and openness.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a sign-on bonus to welcome new team members to our practice.
