Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a therapist at Mind Remedy, you will primarily focus on children and adolescents experiencing mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral disorders, and other emotional challenges. The role requires an understanding of the unique developmental stages of youth and the ability to form trusting relationships with patients and their families, crucial for effective therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Extensive knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders, along with familiarity with evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 105,000 per year, complemented by performance-based bonuses and a one-time sign-on bonus.
