Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions tailored to meet clients’ unique needs, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to develop comprehensive treatment plans that promote holistic recovery.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute distress, employing techniques that de-escalate situations while ensuring clients' safety and well-being.

• Compile and maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring compliance in documentation practices.

• Engage in continuous professional development through participation in staff meetings, case conferences, and peer supervision, all aimed at improving clinical skills and knowledge.

This role focuses on serving a diverse client base, primarily comprised of school-aged children and adolescents, as well as their families, who are facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Active licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
