Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments for new clients using evidence-based practices to formulate effective and personalized treatment plans.

• Implement various therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapies, to facilitate client engagement and progress.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards, ensuring confidentiality and security of client information.

• Participate actively in treatment team meetings to discuss, review, and enhance client care strategies, ensuring a multidisciplinary approach to treatment.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, fostering a better understanding of mental health conditions and empowering them to take an active role in their treatment journey.

• Continuously update professional knowledge and skills by engaging with the latest research and advancements in mental health treatment methodologies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from a regionally accredited institution.

• An active license (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) to practice in California.
