Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs, identifying issues and formulating individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including psychotherapy for individuals, groups, and families. Approach may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others, tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate closely with a team of healthcare professionals, including case managers and psychiatrists, ensuring that each client receives coordinated and comprehensive care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention support during acute distress or emergency situations to stabilize clients and ensure their safety.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
