Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating individual, group, and family counseling sessions, employing various therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness, to meet therapeutic goals.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to monitor patient progress, adapting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Participating actively in continuity of care and discharge planning, ensuring clients have the support they need throughout their journeys.

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in accordance with departmental policies and best practices in electronic health records management.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population, including adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. The role involves tailoring treatment interventions to meet the unique needs of each client effectively.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates should have:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• A current state license, such as LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT, to practice as a licensed mental health professional.

• Proven experience in the mental health field, ideally 3 years or more, with a strong foundation in various therapeutic modalities.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and trust with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

In addition to the required qualifications, we prefer candidates who possess:
