Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments of clients to accurately identify their mental health needs, which will form the basis for tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, addressing a variety of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other team members to ensure a cohesive approach to each client’s care, supporting holistic outcomes.

• Administer crisis intervention strategies and support to clients in acute distress, employing your expertise to manage emergency situations effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Strong organizational abilities, demonstrating proficiency in completing documentation accurately and on time.

Preferred Experience\n

We seek candidates with a minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, providing mental health care and counseling services. Experience in community health settings is highly valued, as is familiarity with treatment approaches suitable for underrepresented populations.
