This remote role allows flexibility while maintaining a professional and interactive outpatient office atmosphere. Therapists typically engage with clients Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, all while ensuring access to the necessary digital tools and platforms for effective therapy delivery. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand the unique needs of each client, and create tailored, evidence-based treatment plans that align with their therapeutic goals.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring that services are tailored to the individual needs of clients.

• Maintain detailed and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and best practices, ensuring a thorough understanding of client progress and treatment outcomes.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of professionals—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and support staff—to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Engage in regular peer reviews and collaborative case consultations to foster best practices and improve therapeutic efficacy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
