Our work hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient needs, ensuring a harmonious work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that gather comprehensive information pertaining to patient history, symptoms, and treatment goals.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused approaches.

• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions, demonstrating adaptability to meet the diverse needs of clients, including families and couples who are navigating complex mental health challenges.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups aimed at fostering community and reducing stigma associated with mental health issues.

• Provide crisis intervention during critical incidents, assessing patient risk factors and implementing immediate support and referral as necessary.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions and inform them about different treatment alternatives, empowering them to make informed choices regarding their care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in accordance with legal requirements and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an attractive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
