Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver specialized mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to assist clients in managing stress and improving overall mental health.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to gain a deeper understanding of clients' individual stressors and therapeutic goals, subsequently customizing mindfulness practices to address their unique needs.

• Lead individual therapy sessions employing mindfulness strategies such as meditation, self-reflection, and breathing exercises, aimed at enhancing clients' self-awareness and emotional stability.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
